Growth and revenue teams, developers, and AI agents use Waterfall to find people at target accounts, enrich contact and company records, find emails and phone numbers, verify email addresses, and check job changes. Build these capabilities into your prospecting, recruitment, CRM, or marketing workflows and products.

Why we bring together multiple data providers

No single provider has every contact or field you need. We combine providers to improve coverage and quality while keeping costs under control. Our team adds and removes providers as their performance changes. We manage the provider connections. Your team maintains one Waterfall integration and one set of agreed rates. Changes to the provider mix do not change those rates; your total cost depends on the services and options you use and your request volume.

Who Waterfall is for

Teams we have worked with

Waterfall.io’s current and past customers include Ramp, Gorgias, Zapier, Lightfield, JOIN, awork, Coverflex, Netic, 360Learning, Rippling, and ClickUp.

How we approach data quality

We verify every email we find in real time, just before delivering the enrichment result. Profiles are typically refreshed in under 14 days, with real-time updates when needed. We compare records across providers to check for conflicting or outdated details, then clean and structure the results. We also benchmark our providers every quarter. What matters most depends on what you are building. A signup workflow may need a person’s company and role; a recruitment platform may need work history. We help you benchmark the fields you care about using your own inputs, and can build custom data pipelines around those needs.

Security and assurance

Waterfall has undergone a SOC 2 Type II audit covering Security, Confidentiality, and Privacy. Our penetration tests are conducted by independent auditors who also work with Snowflake and T-Mobile. Our infrastructure runs on AWS, with encryption in transit and at rest. We use the data you submit to the API to fulfil your requests. We do not resell those inputs, repurpose them for other customers, or add them to a shared enrichment database. Contact our team for audit scope and security documentation.

How Waterfall fits into your stack

Use Waterfall data in your CRM, Snowflake tables, Clay workflows, or your own product. Connect through the REST API; asynchronous enrichment results can arrive by webhook or be retrieved by polling. Your integration can write those results back to your tools, score leads, route signups, or power features in your product.

Who is behind Waterfall?

Waterfall.io has been operating since 2021, with 5+ years of experience building and running B2B data enrichment. Waterfall.io was co-founded by Guillaume Cabane, who previously served as interim CMO at Ramp and VP of Growth at Segment, Drift, and Gorgias. Guillaume pioneered multi-vendor “waterfall enrichment” while building Segment’s growth stack in 2016–2017, before the term became widely used.

How our team can help

API access is available by approval. We review each request individually and work with a limited number of customers so we can provide direct support and plan capacity around each team’s needs. When you work with Waterfall, you get a dedicated channel with our founders. Ask questions, share what you are building, and work directly with us on API selection, integration, benchmarks, and custom data pipelines.
